  • Overview

    RGS, a USfalcon company is seeking a well-rounded EEO Specialist. Program support includes Reasonable Accommodations, Disability, Special Emphasis, EEO Counseling, EEO Complaint Investigations, Management Directive (MD) 715 Report, Diversity & Inclusion, and Barrier Analysis.

    Responsibilities

    • Program management support for EEO Office to include:
      • Compiling, extracting, and analyzing information and statistical data from a variety of sources and preparing miscellaneous EEO reports
      • Advising the Equal Employment Officer and other staff managers on problems affecting the promotion, development, training and recruitment of the groups represented in special emphasis programs
      • Assists in the management of the EEO complaints processing system to include counseling and mediation
      • Analyzing, drawing of conclusions, developing program plans, implementing and evaluating, developing and writing position papers, and application of EEO principles to identify and/or resolve problems of a systemic nature
    • Program management for Diversity & Inclusion such as the Special Emphasis Program Observances
    • Program management for Reasonable Accommodations and Disability programs
    • Production of the annual reports to include the Management Directive 715 report

    Qualifications

    Required Skills: 

    • Knowledge of Diversity, Reasonable Accommodations, and EEO laws, rules, regulations, systems, programs and procedures for federal government
    • Knowledge of the principles, concepts, legal requirements and methodology of the Federal EEO program to complete a thorough barrier analysis and assist in preparing an affirmative action plan
    • Skill in producing and maintaining the MD-715 report and program including tracking all action items throughout the fiscal year
    • Skill in communicating effectively, orally and in writing, with managers and employees at all levels
