Overview

RGS is seeking to hire a Senior Business Financial Manager with Audit Readiness and Navy ERP experience to support PEO EIS PMW 220 at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. 

Responsibilities

Audit skill set

  • Understand the Financial Audit processes from a general and technical perspective.
  • Experience with Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM) requirements and the ability to evaluate information systems audit control implements such as those employed by Navy ERP, i.e. Access Monitoring, Segregation of Duty, Configuration Management, Patch Management, Security Control, Interface Error Monitoring Tracking, Sensitive Transactions, etc.
  • Capable of developing and/or reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet Audit findings after working with process owners to understand/validate how PMW-220 portfolio systems operate.
  • Familiar with the development of policies and ability to instruct SYSCOMS and Service Providers on the processes required to be in audit compliance.
  • Should possess prior experience with information security and audit processes closely resembling those found in system such as Navy ERP and other enterprise level systems; especially processes that could potentially impact an organization's financial statement.

Other skills

  • Detailed oriented personality to help the Audit Team track and manage the Corrective Action Plans developed from the FISCAM audit findings.
  • Possesses the ability develop, edit and recommend changes to DoD documents.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at the Program Manager level regarding audit related issues, ability to effectively document meeting agendas/minutes as well as draft audit response documents for distribution after review and approval of PMW-220 program personnel to be used for external PMW 220 communications.
  • Ability to work with little-to-no direct supervision and to meet given deadlines on assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years of Audit Readiness experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional and proven administrative skills
  • Experience in high operations tempo environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, and PPT)
  • Microsoft SharePoint, understand how to navigate, post documents using mandatory metadata requirements
  • Current Secret clearance
