RGS, a US Falcon company is providing Labor and Employee Relations Support to the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation (PBGC) Human Resources Department (HRD) located in Washington, DC. The Employee and Labor Relations Management (ELRMD) is a division within HRD. ELRMD’s mission is to provide professional, timely, and consistent service and advice to PBGC managers, supervisors, and executive staff through effectively managing and administering the program areas of employee relations and labor management. The Labor Relations (LR) staff within ELRMD is responsible for ensuring that an effective labor management relations program is carried out at PBGC. They are the principal point of contact for conducting business with the employee union (comprising approximately 500 professional and nonprofessional employees of the PBGC). The LR staff is responsible for giving the union official notice and opportunity to bargain changes in conditions of employment for bargaining unit employees and responding to all union inquiries. The LR staff is responsible for conducting negotiations with the union. In connection with these duties, the LR Staff provides advice and assistance to the PBGC managers and supervisors on fulfilling their daily labor relations responsibilities.
*This role requires 30-35 hours per week.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
