    RGS, a US Falcon co. is seeking a Working Group Coordinator/Action Officer to support the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (DCNO) for Fleet Readiness and Logistics (OPNAV N4). They plan, define, and provide logistics and readiness support to the operating forces and shore establishment. OPNAV N415 serves as the Navy Business Operations and Total Ownership Cost Branch and has the following focus areas:

    • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Working Group Governance
    • Supply Chain Surety
    • Additive Manufacturing
    • OPNAV Requirements Review Board/Contract Court
    • Husbanding Service Provider policy




    The candidate will provide support to the PLM and Supply Chain Surety efforts to assist N4 in championing the Navy’s efforts in these areas.

    • Assist the N415 Branch Head and Deputy Branch Head with coordinating, managing, and communicating PLM and Supply Chain Surety efforts across the Navy.
    • Work with PLM Working Group stakeholders from the Navy Secretariat, System Commands (SYSCOMS), Fleet, and Warfare Centers to coordinate PLM efforts while tracking milestones
    • Provide governance support to N41 by coordinating all PLM Working Group meetings and associated activities; assist the PLM Working Group in establishing and attaining clear, actionable goals
    • Annotate notes during PLM Working Group meetings, develop and distribute meeting minutes to all stakeholders
    • Manage the development and evolution of project phases, including developing timelines, organizing working sessions, and creating deliverables
    • Update and manage the PLM Working Group SharePoint site
    • Coordinate Supply Chain Surety meetings and PLM Working Group meetings
    • Participate in meetings and working groups with other DoD Services, Government agencies, and industry partners in pursuit of Supply Chain Surety
    • Advise on options, risks, cost-benefits, and impacts of Supply Chain Surety on business processes
    • Identify and address client needs by building strong relationships, communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, and communicating and managing potential conflicts
    • Assess investment information and create recommendations to mitigate redundancies, fill capability gaps, and drive unity of effort across organizations.
    • Research new technologies and develop white papers, roadmaps and other communication materials




    • Ability to translate data into meaningful presentations and decision briefs for senior leadership
    • Ability to communicate the value of new technology in terms of value gained, cost/benefit analysis, etc.
    • Ability to coordinate and track numerous efforts simultaneously
    • Excellent analytical skills – ability to quickly identify trends, inconsistencies, and information gaps
    • Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
    • Experience assisting clients in identifying, assessing, and selecting alternative solutions
    • Experience gathering, analyzing, and articulating high-level business capabilities and requirements
    • Ability to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines


    • Understanding of PLM and supply chain concepts and technologies
    • Knowledge of Navy organizational structure and logistics operations.
    • Prior PLM experience or supply chain background
    • Basic understanding of Navy IT systems, TV5, DONTRACKER, DITPR-DON, DADMS, and CIMS
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
